________________________________________________________________ Firm Description Invesco Investment Advisers LLC (“IIA” or “Supervisor”) was founded in 1958 and provides portfolio supervisory services to Invesco Capital Markets, Inc. (“ICMI” or “Sponsor”) Sponsor of the unit investment trusts (“UITs”). ICMI is also a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) registered broker/dealer. As of December 31, 2022, IIA supervises approximately $5.6 billion in assets for approximately 1,382 Unit Trust Portfolios (“Trust”) on a discretionary basis. ________________________________________________________________ Principal Owners Invesco Advisers, Inc. (“IAI”) is sole owner of IIA and Invesco, Ltd. is the ultimate parent company. ________________________________________________________________ Types of Advisory Services IIA provides three services to the sponsor:  Research to ICMI for the securities which ICMI intends to place or has placed in its UITs  Portfolio

supervisory services which consist of recommendations necessary for the Sponsor to make investment decisions on behalf of the unitholders of the trust. Specifically, the advice given to the Sponsor assists in determining which securities to retain or sell when redeeming units tendered by any unitholders or when making payment of expenses for which funds may not be available. The purpose of the portfolio supervisory services is to maintain the sound investment characteristics of the trusts  Evaluator services including unit price determination for fixed income unit trusts based on an evaluation of the underlying securities. Within this role IIA will utilize a third-party pricing vendor to provide bond and unit pricing services and will perform daily oversight of vendor activities to ensure evaluation services are performed accurately and in accordance with governing documents. Please note, evaluator services for fixed income unit trusts moved to the Sponsor, ICMI, effective September 22, 2022
