SR provides existing clients in the Wrap Program investment advice and management of personalized client portfolios according to each client’s investment objective and financial situation. Under the Wrap Program, SR exercises discretion over the client’s account, and

the broker-dealer custodian’s execution and transaction charges are included in the advisory fee. This could create a potential conflict of interest for SR, as SR could earn more in fees by selecting one program over another. SR mitigates this conflict by providing advice that is in the best interest of the client.
