Types of Advisory Services Offered
Family Office and Personalized Investment Suite of Services:
For a select group, our firm offers a Family Office and Personalized Investment Suite of Services.
Under this suite of services, our firm seeks to act as your personal and family chief financial officer
advising on and managing the ongoing execution of virtually all of your financial and investment-
related activities and coordinating such activities with your trusted legal, accounting/tax, and
insurance advisors as necessary and appropriate. In circumstances where comprehensive services
are not required by the client, we may offer discretionary portfolio management, full balance sheet
performance reporting, and financial consulting as separate stand-alone services.
❖ Wealth Management:
We begin our relationship by developing a thorough understanding of your financial and non-
financial goals. Our firm reviews each client’s overall financial circumstances, including, among
other items, current tax status, income level, and personal balance sheet; estate planning needs,
insurance coverage, and family tree; and expected liquidity needs in the short and long term. Our
firm seeks to understand a client’s overall investment goals, previous investment experience, and
tolerance for certain types of risk and complexity that can be involved in investing and planning
for a client’s financial future. We periodically ask client’s to provide us with pertinent documents
and information (bank and brokerage account statements, insurance policies, wills, trusts and
other estate planning documents, tax returns, etc.) to further assist us in this information
gathering process, as necessary. Based on what is learned, an investment approach is presented
to the client, consisting of individual stocks, bonds, ETFs, options, mutual funds and other public
and private securities or investments. Once the appropriate portfolio has been determined,
portfolios are continuously and regularly monitored, and if necessary, rebalanced based upon the

client’s individual needs, stated goals and objectives. Upon client request, our firm provides a
summary of observations and recommendations for the planning or consulting aspects of this
service.
Although our firm will provide tax and estate planning advice and coordinate all tax and estate
planning advice with a client’s trusted legal and tax advisors, our firm relies on the client and
their trusted outside advisors to implement any recommendations.

Tailoring of Advisory Services
For clients that elect to sign a Wealth Management agreement under our Family Office and
Personalized Investment Suite of Services, our firm offers individualized investment advice. Our firm
does not usually allow Wealth Management clients to impose restrictions on investing in certain
securities or types of securities due to the level of difficulty this would entail in managing their
account. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Our Performance Reporting Service and Solidarity Equity Planning Service will offer general
investment advice based on information that is provided by our clients. Due to the uniqueness of each
client’s situation, our advice must ultimately be implemented by the client.
Participation in Wrap Fee Programs
Our firm offers and sponsors a wrap fee program, as further described in Part 2A, Appendix 1 (the
“Wrap Fee Program Brochure”). Our firm does not manage wrap fee accounts in a different fashion
than non-wrap fee accounts. All accounts are managed on an individualized basis according to the
client’s investment objectives, financial goals, risk tolerance, etc.
Please note that our Wrap services are reserved for clients that we have determined are eligible
