A. Description of Firm and Principal Owners HSI is a privately-held investment advisor founded in 2008 and solely owned by Hazelview Investments Inc. B. Description of Advisory Services HSI currently provides discretionary investment advisory services to pooled investment funds (“Hazelview Investment Funds”) and serves as a sub-adviser to other investment advisers of pooled investment funds (“Sub-Advisory Accounts”) (Separately Managed Accounts, Hazelview Investment Funds and Sub-Advisory Accounts are collectively referred to as “Clients”), none of which are offered to U.S. investors or domiciled in the U.S. HSI’s discretionary investment advisory services are provided to the Clients pursuant to written investment advisory agreements. The terms of such advisory services, including any restrictions on investments in certain types of securities, are established by HSI, as modified through negotiations with Clients, and they are set forth in the investment advisory agreement. Investment guidelines and restrictions are determined jointly by HSI and the client at the onset of the relationship. HSI currently focuses on investing in the securities of both U.S. and non‐U.S.

companies whose business is to own, operate, develop and manage real estate. The primary emphasis is on real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) or REIT‐like structures that are principally engaged in the ownership, construction, management, financing or sale of residential, commercial or industrial real estate. HSI is responsible for originating and recommending investment opportunities to Clients, monitoring, evaluating and making recommendations regarding timing and manner of disposition of investments and other services as the Clients may reasonably request. C. Tailoring Advisory Services to Individual Needs HSI tailors its advisory services to Clients as set forth in the investment advisory agreement for each client. Investment advice is provided directly to each Client and not individually to investors in the pooled investment vehicles and funds advised or sub- advised by HSI. D. Wrap Fee Programs HSI does not participate in wrap fee programs. E. Assets Under Management As of December 31, 2023, HSI manages $1.676 billion in Client assets on a discretionary basis. HSI does not currently manage any assets on a non-discretionary basis.
