Helianth Investment Management, LLC (Helianth Investment or Firm) is a newly-formed firm based in Connecticut and provides wealth management and investment advisory services to clients for a fee. Helianth Investment is wholly-owned and controlled by its Managing Partner Robert Traenkle, who is an experienced investment professional and financial advisor over the last 30 years.
Based upon client objectives and the client's expressed financial position combined with the investment strategies and advisory services Helianth Investment employs, Helianth Investment will buy and sell securities in clients' accounts. In performing its services, the Firm is not required to verify any information received from the client or from the client’s other professionals,

and is expressly authorized to rely thereon. Moreover, each client is advised that it remains the client’s responsibility to promptly notify the Firm if there is ever any change in the client’s financial situation or investment objectives for the purpose of reviewing, evaluating, and/or revising the Firm’s previous recommendations and/or services.
