Overview
Twenty Acre Capital LP, a Delaware limited partnership, is an investment advisory firm with its principal
place of business in Newtown, Pennsylvania. The Adviser is principally owned by Daniel D. Daniel (the
“Principal”).
Twenty Acre provides discretionary investment advisory services to pooled investment vehicles (the
“Twenty Acre Funds”) and separately managed accounts (“SMAs”) for clients (such SMAs, together with
the Funds, collectively referred to herein as “Clients”). The Adviser retains broad flexibility to invest on
behalf of its Clients, as set forth in the
respective Governing Documents (as such term is defined in Item 5
below).
The Adviser tailors its investment advisory services to specified investment mandates of its Clients,
considering the Clients’ Governing Documents. The Adviser does not tailor its investment advisory services
to the individual needs of investors in the Clients.
The Adviser does not participate in wrap fee programs.
As of February 29, 2024, the Adviser had approximately $180,708,760 in client regulatory assets under
management, all of which were managed on a discretionary basis.
