                                            Skylark Private Equity Partners, LP (“Skylark” or the “Firm”) was founded in 2020 and is 
principally owned by Hunter Peterson, John Porter, and Amy Porter.  Hunter Peterson serves 
as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. 
Skylark provides discretionary investment management services to two privately offered 
pooled investment vehicles exempt from registration under the Investment Company Act of 
1940, as amended: Skylark Private Equity Partners Fund I, LP (“Fund I”) and Skylark Private 
Equity Partners Fund I-A, LP (“Fund I-A”, and collectively with Fund I and any future 
investment funds and advisory clients managed by Skylark, the “Funds” or “Clients”, and 
each a “Fund” or “Client”).  Fund I-A  operates as a parallel fund  to
                                        
                                        
                                              Fund I and invests 
substantially all of its investment capital alongside Fund I.  Fund I and Fund I-A are managed 
by  Skylark Private Equity Partners Fund I GP, LP (collectively, together with any future 
affiliated general partner entities, the “General Partners”).  
Skylark has full discretionary authority with respect to investment decisions for the Funds, 
and its advice is made in accordance with the investment objectives and guidelines set forth 
in the Funds’ offering documents.  Skylark does not provide specifically tailored advice to 
investors in the Funds. 
As of December 31, 2023,  Skylark’s regulatory assets under management were 
approximately $210,471,629, all of which are managed on a discretionary basis.
