Overview

Mesarete Capital LLP (the “Firm”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Mesarete”) is a limited liability partnership founded in 2021, incorporated in the United Kingdom, and with its principal place of business in London. Hakan Sofuoglu – Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”), Robbie Newman – Deputy Chief Investment Officer (“Deputy CIO”), Andrea French – Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) are the firm’s material ultimate beneficial owners. Mesarete provides investment advisory services to a private fund, Mesarete Capital Master Fund Limited (the “Master Fund”) and two feeder funds, Mesarete Capital Fund Limited (the “Cayman feeder”) and Mesarete Capital Fund LP (the “Delaware feeder”) (together known as the “Feeder Funds”)

(together with the Master Fund known as “the Funds”). Mesarete also is a sub-adviser to other clients, currently a U.S. open-end investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and an Irish UCITS fund. Mesarete manages the assets of the Funds in accordance with the terms of their respective fund documents and the relevant share classes. Mesarete may vary the terms of its shares with fund investors (or “shareholders”), however, Mesarete does not currently tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of clients. As of March 31, 2023, Mesarete has $1,574 mm assets under management on a discretionary basis. Mesarete does not manage assets on a non-discretionary basis.
