Alpstone Capital (Suisse) SA (“Alpstone”, “us”, “we” or the “Firm”) is a Swiss-based investment adviser founded in 2016. The Firm was founded by Frederic Favre and Alexandre Germak, two experienced portfolio managers. The Firm is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as an investment adviser and is also licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority ("FINMA") a Manager of Collective Assets pursuant to the Swiss Financial Institutions Act, (“FinIA”). The Firm is further registered with the United States Commodities Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) as a Commodity Pool Operator (“CPO”) and is a member of the United States National Futures Association (“NFA”). Alpstone’s investment philosophy is to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns through a range of discretionary global macro and relative value trading strategies. The Firm’s clients comprise foreign collective investment schemes (the “Funds” or “Clients”).
