Overview

A. Firm Description Camber Capital Management LP, a Delaware limited partnership formed on March 29, 2018 (“Camber”, “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Firm”), currently provides discretionary investment advisory services to private pooled investment vehicles (collectively, the “Clients”). Stephen R. Du Bois is the founder, managing member and sole owner of Camber. B. Types of Advisory Services Camber’s investment objective is to seek capital appreciation without regard to current income. Camber intends to achieve its objective by investing primarily in publicly‐traded common stocks of healthcare companies. This covers a number of industries, including healthcare services and facilities, pharmaceuticals, medical products and devices and biotechnology. These industries

represent a significant growth area of our economy, particularly with the aging of the population. Camber intends to invest a majority of its Clients’ total assets in the securities of healthcare companies but may from time to time invest a portion of its capital in investments outside the healthcare sector, if more compelling ideas present themselves. C. Tailored Services Not applicable. D. Wrap Fee Programs Camber does not participate in any wrap fee programs. E. Client Assets Under Management As of December 31, 2023, Camber managed approximately $ 3,542,044,627 in regulatory assets under management for three (3) Clients, all of which are managed on a discretionary basis.
