Overview

Linse Capital LLC (“Linse Capital”), a Delaware limited liability company, is a Puerto Rico-based private equity firm that specializes in private equity investments. Linse Capital commenced operations in October 2015. The primary member of Linse Capital is Michael Linse. Linse Capital currently provides discretionary investment advisory services, directly or indirectly through one or more of its affiliates, to the following private investment funds: Linse Capital Fund I, LP (“Linse Capital Fund I”), Linse Capital CP, LLC (“CP Fund I”), Linse Capital CP II, LLC (“CP Fund II”), Linse Capital CP III, LLC (“CP Fund III”), Linse Capital CP IV, LLC (“CP Fund IV,”), Linse Capital CP V, LLC (“CP Fund V”), Linse Capital CP VI, LLC (“CP Fund VI” and, collectively with CP Fund I, CP Fund II, CP Fund III, CP Fund IV and CP Fund V, the “ChargePoint Funds”), Linse Capital RED LLC (the “Redaptive Fund”), Linse Capital RED II LLC (the “Redaptive II Fund”), Linse Capital VAL LLC (“Valens Fund”), and Levitate Capital SKY LLC (the “Skydio Fund”), Linse Capital Wayve LLC (the “Wayve Fund”), Linse Capital SKY II, LLC (the “Sky II Fund”), Linse Capital Verkada, LLC (the “Verkada Fund”), Linse Capital Verkada II,
LLC (the “Verkada II Fund”), and Linse Capital Space LLC (the “Space Fund”) each a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the “Funds”). Linse Capital may sponsor and provide discretionary investment advisory services to additional private investment funds in the future. Advisory services provided to the Funds are provided pursuant to the terms of the relevant Fund governing documents and disclosed therein. Investors in the Funds do not receive advisory services tailored to their individual needs. In general, investors in the Funds are not permitted to impose restrictions or limitations. However, the Adviser may enter into side letter agreements with one or more investors that may alter, modify, or change the terms of interest held by investors. Certain types of side letters create a conflict of interest among the Adviser and investors, and/or between investors themselves. Linse Capital does not participate in any wrap fee programs. As of December 31, 2023, Linse Capital managed approximately $1,063,878,401 of regulatory assets under management on a discretionary basis. Linse Capital does not manage any assets on a non-discretionary basis.
