Overview

Highmore Group Advisors, LLC ("Highmore" or the "Firm") is an alternative asset management company founded in October 2014 and headquartered in New York City. Highmore is a limited liability company that was co-founded by Brian Altenburg and Dipak Jogia. The sole Member to the Firm is Highmore Group Holdings, LP, and the General Partner to Highmore Group Holdings, LP is Highmore Group, LLC. Highmore Group Holdings, LP is majority-owned by Brian Altenburg and Dipak Jogia. Highmore is a diversified, global alternative asset management firm, acting both as principal investors and allocators on behalf of private and institutional clients. Highmore is focused on skills-based investing, which is defined as investments that are driven by idea specific (idiosyncratic) risk. The Firm aims to create profiles where idiosyncratic risk dominates over market risk through both direct and indirect investing. Highmore provides investment advisory or sub-advisory services to high net worth individuals, businesses, and institutional clients including private funds. Clients may impose restrictions on investing in certain securities or types of securities. Highmore manages each Investment Company pursuant to the investment strategy and restrictions described in the prospectus of such Investment Company. Highmore does not provide tailored investment advisory services to the individual investors in an Investment Company. In addition to the services above, Highmore provides additional investment support in the following areas below. Highmore Solutions Highmore through Highmore Solutions as "Relying Advisers" in Part 1A of Highmore's Form ADV (see Sections 1.B. and 7.A of Schedule D thereof) also provides due diligence and propriety research services for investment advisers, including providing third-party support in the areas of quantitative support, risk management, investment monitoring, risk strategy and business development. Cash Management Highmore provides cash management services that are segmented by client time horizon and liquidity requirements. Highmore Real Estate Highmore provides commercial real estate advisory services and partners with experienced operators having highly specialized real estate teams across products and investment structures including direct and pooled investments. In addition, through Highmore Real Estate, Highmore offers its Opportunity Zone Fund, HOZF I, LP, HOZF II, and the AREC Highmore Real Estate Income Fund, LP. Highmore Group Advisors Private Investment Funds Highmore serves as the general partner, managing member, or manager of and/or the investment adviser to, certain private investment funds. As used in this section, the term "the Adviser" includes both Highmore; and Highmore Group, LLC, which are identified as "Relying Advisers" in Part 1A of Highmore's Form ADV (see Sections 1.B. and 7.A of Schedule D thereof). The Adviser bases its advice to such private investment funds on the investment objective and restrictions (if any) set forth in the applicable offering memorandum, organizational documents, investment management agreement, and/or subscription agreements, as the case may be (each and collectively, the "Governing Documents"). Such funds are available for investment only by institutional investors and other sophisticated, high- net-worth investors, who meet the eligibility requirements of the applicable fund set forth in its Governing Documents. Each such fund is exempt from registration as an investment company under the U.S. Investment Company Act, as amended (the "Investment Company Act"), under Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) thereof. Assets Under Management As of December 31, 2023, Highmore Group Advisors LLC had assets under management of $2,829,167,383 which was comprised of total regulatory assets under management of $1,430,183,383, and advisory assets of $1,398,984,000.
