                                            Advisory Business 
Brigham is a Texas limited liability company and has its principal place of business in Austin, 
Texas. Brigham provides discretionary investment advisory services to privately offered pooled 
investment vehicles, BEXP I, LP, BEXP II, LP, BEXP II (QP), LP, BEXP II (Parallel), LP, and Austin 512, 
LP (the “Funds” or the “Partnerships”), exempt from registration under the Investment Company 
Act of 1940, as amended. Brigham was formed in 2018. Brigham’s principal owner is Ben “Bud” 
Brigham (the “Principal”). 
Brigham pursues its investment strategy through managing the Funds. Brigham has discretion 
with  respect  to  investment  decisions  made  for  the Funds.  Brigham provides  investment 
advisory services to the Funds based on the  investment  objectives  and  strategies  described
                                        
                                        
                                             
in  the  Funds’  confidential  offering  memorandum  and  governing  documents  (referred  to 
collectively as “Offering Documents”). Investment advice and management is provided directly 
to the Funds and not individually to limited partners or Investors in the Funds (“Limited Partners” 
or  the “Investors”). Brigham  provides  advisory  services to the  Funds  by  investing equity to 
acquire non-operating working interests in oil and gas reserves in the continental United States. 
Brigham’s clients are the Funds. Brigham will follow the investment strategy described in the 
Funds’ Offering Documents. 
Brigham will not participate in wrap fee programs.  
As of December 31, 2023, Brigham manages on a discretionary basis $701,540,000 in regulatory 
assets under management on behalf of the Funds.
